Terms of Service

1. Description of service

DEF Rx, operated by Hook & Haul LLC d/b/a DEF Rx in partnership with Carbon B Gone, is a sales and dispatch platform for DEF system service and DPF mobile cleaning. We provide fleet maintenance tracking, predictive service alerts, service request intake, dispatch, live job tracking, and billing. Physical service work is performed by CBG Mobile Techs at your yard, lot, or roadside location.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Company administrators are responsible for the members they invite and the permissions they grant.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle, mileage, location, and access information.
• Ensure the service site is safe, legal, and accessible to the technician.
• Have an authorized representative available where the job requires sign-off.
• Use the platform lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security.

4. Payment terms

Subscription plans bill in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Service calls, trip charges, and add-on work are billed at the rates quoted at the time of the request. Payments are processed by our payment provider. 5. Service limitations and disclaimers

Mileage projections, service intervals, ETAs, and alerts are estimates based on available data and are not guarantees. Service availability depends on location, technician capacity, weather, and road conditions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, downtime, or missed loads. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the [12] months preceding the claim. [LIABILITY CAP TO BE CONFIRMED]

7. Cancellation and refund policy
