Who you are contracting with
Hook & Haul LLC d/b/a DEF Rx operates the platform and is the party you contract with for scheduling, dispatch and billing. The physical DEF and DPF work is performed by the service provider assigned to your job. Your agreement for that work is with the provider who performs it.
